Ordering

To place an order, browse our products, select your desired items, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’ve added all your items, go to your cart and follow the checkout process to complete your order.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at jacketsfort@gmail.com Or Submit form on our contact us page: https://jacketsfort.com/contact-us/ as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that you only have Two Days to Cancel your order or modify it. If you contact us after Two Days we may charge you some fees 2 to 5% of the Total amount of the Order.

Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide using reputable carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

Order Processing Takes 3 to 7 days normally and delivery takes 4 to 7 days.

Please note that if your address shows remote area delivery will take some extra days and for remote area orders we may use non tracking services sometimes. For confirmation you can contact us.

If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will send new items at no additional cost.

  • However, we are not responsible for any loss if the buyer refuses to receive the parcel or fails to pay the duties/import tax, leading to the parcel being lost.

Returns and Exchanges

Buyers are required to contact us within 14 days of purchase to initiate a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Sale and customized items cannot be returned. View our Return & Exchange Policy

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Custom Orders

Yes, we offer customization options for our jackets, including design and color. Please contact us with your requirements, and we will work with you to create a custom piece.

Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at jacketsfort@gmail.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible.

f you receive a defective item, please contact us with a description and photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Miscellaneous

Once your order is shipped, We will update the tracking number in your order, You can login to our website using the email you used while placing the order and in my account dashboard you can see the tracking number there and track on the official website of the company used for shipping.

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon delivery.
