Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Time Frame

Buyers are required to contact us within 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition of Items

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items cannot be returned.

Customized items cannot be returned.

Used items can’t be returned

Return and Exchange Process

To return or exchange an item, buyers can contact us via email at jacketsfort@gmail.com or fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Detailed return instructions will be provided.

Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the product is received damaged or defective, the buyer is eligible for a new item exchange at no additional shipping cost.

Condition Verification

Returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the condition requirements. If the items do not meet these conditions, the return may be refused.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned items, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return or exchange. You will be notified via email once the process is completed.

Refund Confirmation

Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase. After receiving the items back, we will either issue a refund or dispatch new items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a buyer receives a damaged or defective product, they can request a replacement. In such cases, the buyer is not responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

 

In Short:

  • If you need to return an item, Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • Custom is required to contact us within 14 days from the delivery date for returns or any issue
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized orders. And items / products sent from us as gifts.
  • Buyer have the right to ask for refund or replacement if product arrived damaged.
  • For return we request the item to be unused and in original packaging.
