  • Sometimes we use non trackable services if your address shows remote area in DHL, UPS, and FedEx etc. (In this case delivery can take extra days)

  • Free Shipping: For most countries in Europe and the United States, we offer free shipping on orders over $100 USD.
  • Standard Shipping: For other countries, and specific regions within Europe and the USA (such as South America and Mexico), the shipping cost is $60 USD.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 4 to 7 business days.
  • Please Note if your provided address for delivery shows remote area Delivery may take Extra Time. For confirmation you can contact us.
  • Delivery times may vary, especially if you live in a remote area or if there are any issues with customs clearance.

Customs and Duties

  • Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.
  • If your package is stuck in customs or in transit, Customer may require to contact with Shipping Company (Service).
  • We will not be responsible for any loss resulting from the failure to pay or clear customs.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will send you new items at no additional cost.
  • However, we are not responsible for any loss if the buyer refuses to receive the parcel or fails to pay the duties/import tax, leading to the parcel being lost.
  • And we are not responsible for any loss if there is no response from buyer during the delivery.
